Exclusive Mortgage Company ("Exclusive Mortgage," "we," "us," or "our") is a mortgage brokerage located at 1061 W Avenue M-14, Suite C, Palmdale, CA 93551. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, our forms, our phone and text messaging, and the course of doing business with you.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Anything you type into a contact, application, or careers form
  • Employment, income, asset, and debt information you provide during a loan inquiry or application
  • Identification details required by law for a mortgage application, which may include your Social Security number and date of birth
  • Communication records, including emails, text messages, and notes from calls

Information we collect automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and time spent
  • Cookie and similar identifiers, as described in section 6

Information from third parties

  • Credit reports and scores from consumer reporting agencies, when you authorize a credit check
  • Verification information from employers, banks, and other institutions you identify
  • Information from lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other parties to your transaction

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you asked for
  • To evaluate, process, underwrite, and close a mortgage loan
  • To confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes
  • To communicate with you by phone, email, and text about your file
  • To send marketing communications, where you have consented and subject to your right to opt out
  • To comply with federal and state lending, licensing, anti-money-laundering, and recordkeeping requirements
  • To protect against fraud, secure our systems, and enforce our agreements
  • To improve our website and understand how it is used

4. SMS and mobile data

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by text message about your inquiry, your loan file, appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.

We do not share your mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging program, and those providers are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or email jon@exclusivemortgageco.com. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full messaging terms are provided below in our Terms & Conditions.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and it does not affect messages we are required to send you about an active loan.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Exclusive Mortgage Company website and any communications you receive from us, including calls, emails, and text messages. By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about yourself. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

3. Not a commitment to lend

Nothing on this website is an offer, commitment, or guarantee to extend credit or lock a rate. All loans are subject to underwriting approval, verification of the information you provide, satisfactory appraisal and title, and program eligibility. Rates, terms, programs, and availability can change without notice and vary by borrower, property, and market conditions.

Exclusive Mortgage Company is an Equal Housing Lender. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status, disability, age, receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

4. Calculators and estimates

Any calculator, payment estimate, or figure shown on this site is provided for general information only. It is an estimate, not a quote, a pre-approval, or a Loan Estimate. Results are based on the assumptions stated alongside the tool and on the values you enter, and they will not match your actual payment. Taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA dues, and closing costs vary. Do not rely on these figures when making a financial decision — contact us for an actual quote.

5. SMS terms and conditions

By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Exclusive Mortgage Company. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at jon@exclusivemortgageco.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We do not share your mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining a loan.

6. Email communications

If you consent to email contact, you may receive messages about your inquiry, your loan file, and occasionally our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message, or by emailing ruben@exclusivemortgageco.com. We will still send email required for an active loan file.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Exclusive Mortgage Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to websites we do not control, including lenders, credit agencies, and application portals. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement. Review the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit.

9. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exclusive Mortgage Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this website, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Mortgage Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do our job or as the law requires:

  • Lenders and investors we submit your loan to on your behalf
  • Service providers such as loan origination systems, credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and escrow companies, e-signature platforms, and our email and text messaging vendors
  • Other parties to your transaction, such as your real estate agent, when you ask us to coordinate with them
  • Regulators, auditors, and law enforcement, when required by law, subpoena, or examination
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

As a financial institution, we are also subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Where required, we provide a separate privacy notice describing how we share nonpublic personal financial information and how you may limit certain sharing.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. Note that personal information we collect and process in connection with a mortgage application is largely governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is exempt from certain CCPA requirements. 9. How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of documents and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not email sensitive documents or your Social Security number — ask us for a secure upload link instead.

10. How long we keep it

We keep loan records for as long as required by federal and California lending and licensing rules, and for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes such as audits, disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Inquiry and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer useful.

11. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our website. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
